Office Policies

Important Program Notes

  • Our goal is to maximize your clinical benefits which necessitates consistency with your recommended treatment plan. We strive to schedule the entire initial phase of recommended appointments at the onset of care so sessions can be focused on your treatment and rehabilitation services. We do request a minimum of 24-hour advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. For extenuating circumstances which require a change in an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you and keep you on track with your treatment goals.

  • Please arrive promptly to your appointment. It is important that we can spend the full allotted time with you in order to achieve the best results. Arriving late may result in having to reschedule your appointment.

  • Please note, we cannot release your medical information or documentation to third parties without a signed authorization form. We will provide you this form upon request.

  • Per our policy, we cannot submit any documentation directly to your insurance provider. Upon request we will provide you with all necessary billing codes and receipts for you to submit to your insurance directly.

COVID Policy

Per Massachusetts mandate, masks are not required to be worn by patients in the office. If you have been recently exposed to COVID, you can still come to your appointment as long as you are non-symptomatic and/or have tested negative. We ask that you wear a mask as a precaution. If you have tested positive for COVID, please contact us to reschedule your appointment until after the CDC recommended isolation period.

Payment Policy

Payment for professional services are due in full at the time of service. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, and HSA or FSA cards. Following your care, upon request you will be provided with all necessary receipts and billing information to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement consideration. Please note that we cannot submit any documentation to insurance providers directly.
